Rezidence Hausmannova has been granted a building permit
Construction is scheduled to start in October and completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2028.
We are pleased to announce that Rezidence Hausmannova in Prague's Modřany has been granted a building permit. The project offers a total of 101 residential units with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk and sizes from 25 m² to 113 m².
The new building is designed as a single residential house with two separate entrances. Both sections share two underground levels, building A has four above-ground storeys and building B has a fifth set-back storey. Each unit comes with a cellar and most apartments have a balcony, loggia, terrace or front garden, depending on their location.
Sales are scheduled to start this September, with construction beginning a month later. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2028. The building is being delivered with a PENB A energy performance rating – exceptionally efficient.
