About the project

The development offers 101 residential units with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk and floor areas from 25 m² to 113 m². The building is being constructed with a PENB A – exceptionally efficient energy performance rating, which means lower running costs for future owners.

Rezidence Hausmannova is designed as a single residential building with two separate entrances. Both sections share two basement levels. Building A has four above-ground storeys and building B has a fifth set-back storey with spacious terraces and attractive views of the surroundings. A commercial unit is located on the ground floor.
